When I changed the "ResourceProviderModel defaultProvider" to "ResourceManager" I get this error :

Can you please let us know if you have switched to DBResourceManager or ResourceManager ? Beside that you will have to upgrade your Arabic resources on the GitHub in order to make your app to work, just fork the repository and make changes to your translation, build the project and copy assemblies to bin folder.

Thank you I did it by deploy GitHub project
But now The wall in arabic has posts and wall in English has another posts
Can I merge both?

If you are talking about the difference in the post stream in Arabic and English and not about the localization, this is by design. MonoX Wall notes are language specific so posts made in one language will be seen only in that language and not in another.
