The page above mentions video conversion, but it doesn't seem to be implemented or does it need to be setup?

Hi,

Video conversion is working as expected the thing is that conversion utility licence are not allowing us to distribute the utility. We are using the ffmpeg utility, so you can download the video conversion utility from here. After you download the utility you need to copy it to the path specified in the following application setting in the web.config

<add key="VideoConverterExeLocation" value="/Tools/ffMpeg/ffmpeg.exe" />

Note: VideoConverterExeLocation is empty by default, the above location is just a suggestion
