Hi,

to play FLV files MonoX has built-in flash player Web part called "FlashVideoPlayer.ascx" (you are already using it I suppose) and to set the Url to the player's swf file you need to set the "PlayerUrl" property of that Web part. Default "PlayerUrl" value is "/MonoX/Scripts/FlashVideoPlayer/flowplayer-3.1.5.swf".

Sorry for the lack of information, this Web part is in beta testing and when official release come out he will be included in the documentation.
