Can we customize Monox like job portals, Matrimonials, School or college web sites etc. with a minimum effort and time?

It depends on your level of knowledge and the complexity of the site you are building. We will introduce some theming changes in the next upgrade to streamline the front end styling tasks. If your sites can utilize MonoX default Web parts, everything should be quick and easy. If you need additional/changed functionality, it all depends on your experience.
Of course, we are here to help with any issues you may experience.
