Error on load   (Mono Support )

The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY  constraint "FK_Page_aspnet_Applications". The conflict occurred in database "test2", table "dbo.aspnet_Applications", column  'ApplicationId'.
The statement has been terminated.


This issue happens after install and I try to run the website in visual studio both 2012\2010
has anyone else seen this or could help me

I have not been able to load the project at all.
I have tried it with the installer in Visual Studio and the downloaded version.

Can you please describe the procedure you used to start the project ?
What exactly do you mean by "load the project", load it in Visual Studio or just install the CMS and load demo pages ?
Can you describe the installation process and let us know if you had any problems during the installation ?
