Default language  (Mono Support )

On the Administration there is a drop down in the top line where I can set English (United Kingdom) as the default language. How do I make this stick. When I log out and log back in the option has changed to English (Default).

You can set the default language on the "Language Manager" page in the administration area.
Please check the attached screenshots.
