List of pages (PageAdmin site) issue - v5.1.40.5107 (Mono Support )

We are trying latest version of MonoX (MonoX v5.1.40.5107, DB v5.1.40.5027) and we have problem with PageAdmin site - with pages list. After checking/unchecking "Show in navigation" check box or after opening window from context menu grid data in column "Name" and "Created by" disappear. I'm sending helping screenshots.

Is it known issue? Is it possible to work around problem in actual version?
