Unable to publish blog post - Failure to recognise text in title bar (Mono Support )

When trying to publish blog posts we are getting the error message:
The following issues have to be resolved before you can proceed:
Please fill in the title field!
I've also attached a screen shot. Can you identify where the fault is or where we should look.

Hi, can you please let us know which version are you using ? Other than that you can take a look at the validation group property on the Blog module, is it set or empty ? Do you have any other modules with the same validation group on the page ?

We have tested this on our end and it is working as expected, we are using 4.7.4160.

Thanks.
We're using version v4.5.3205.35.
I've tried with the validation group set at 18446744072480196910 and tried again by leaving the validation group blank. Still get the error "The following issues have to be resolved before you can proceed:
Please fill in the title field!"
Any other idea?
