I see that you had some problems with Photo Gallery, did you solve them ? do you have the Photo Gallery up and running ?

Yes...reverse engineering...If I just look and follow the code..I can usually find a solution.

It is just a bad habit, to run to a help board..should be the last thing I do..

anyway..it all has to do with a Role "friend"

so you actually have 3 roles to deal with:

Public (User)
Registered (Registered)
Friend (Freind)

A new album, you can choose public.
BUT, all subsequent uploads into that album, default to "Freind" viewing rights only.
No User or Registered rights are granted...you will have to go back to each photo
and manualy chage the rights to public..

Or create a container page, that does not inherit MonoX Class,

or create a sql trigger on that tables update method that overwrites the viewable flag record..

So Thats the deal...

Yes we encountered the "Friend" issue on Photo Gallery and in our next MonoX release "Friend" role is removed from Photo Gallery. So when you upgrade to newer version you will have only "Private" and "Public" and public will be the default value, so you won't have as much trouble as now.
