Problem with admin bar in Groups page while in simple user mode  (Mono Support )

Hello, I encounter a problem (only) in my Groups.aspx page:

When signed in as a simple user (not admin), The gray admin bar is visible and has a style of Height:100%; which pushes the actual content far down at the bottom of the page. How could I fix this issue?

The html of th epage is as follows (attachment).
I should say that in every other page the gray admin bar is not visible as it should.

this bar is controlled over the javascript so can you please check if you have any javascript errors on this page ?

Correction: it doesn't occur on normal users, occurs on moderators (and admins sometimes?) and not sure if it occurs on all browsers.

We have tested this functionality on few browsers, on groups and couldn't reproduce the issue. Can you please give us more information on this

- what browser are you using
- maybe provide us with online address where we can check this issue
- save a fiddler session so we can review everything
