Features seem to be missing in 4.9  (Mono Support )

I've just noticed after upgrading to 4.9 that I've lost access to some features that were available in earlier releases.
Features such as
 - the Site Wall,
 - the ability to embed html eg. YouTube, SoundCloud
 - being able to 'like' items

Can you tell us did you upgrade the markup files, also?

Can you please check my answer to you other post as it seems that these are related.

" can you please let us know if you have upgraded only runtime assemblies (bin folder) or did you upgrade your markup too ?"
