How to add "QUOTE" option in the HTML Editor ? (Mono Support )

The forum section in monox doesn't have quote option to reply to any user.

I know the code option can be used for that but if number of people are active in any discussion topic, it can become difficult to figure out who is addressing to whom unless someone mention anyone's name ?

Any way to have quote option ? or if development team of monox can consider this as feature request for 4.9 version ?
