in the MonoX PDF it says "anti-spam features: Captcha and customizable, provider-based comment validation infrastructure
that supports services like Akimset and Defensio out of the box."

obviously should say Akismet there

also at the rewriting rules it says "I use" - maybe should say "suggested" or something instead
