By default, invitation mail content and subject are stored in  MonoSoftware.MonoX.Resources.SocialNetworkingResources.PeopleSearch_ConfirmationMailContent and
MonoSoftware.MonoX.Resources.SocialNetworkingResources.PeopleSearch_ConfirmationMailSubject resource properties.

You can also change them without resource changes, via Web part properties - PeopleSearch and GroupPeopleSearch Web part have ConfirmationMailContent and ConfirmationMailSubject properties that you can set to your target values.

In my application (monox), none of the webpart properties are working.

I think it’s due to script error(s) or shall I register any tags in web.config?

I think if you look at the bottom of the page (image) then, you will come to know the issue.

What happens when you click on the Properties link? Are there any errors? After clicking on Properties you should go to the admin toolbar (Click on the "Change the look and functionality of this page" at the top of the screen) and choose the "Web part properties" tab where all properties will be listed.

The web pages refreshing some time and not navigating anywhere and the page remains the same.

Please have a look at the image attached.

In my application(Monox) I think every thing is working fine except properties of the webparts.

Due to this I’m unable to place my webparts in desired position.

is there any chance to import the properties?

Thanks for your immediate support,
Its working fine, I didn’t notice that, I’m thinking that I may get one popup or redirect to some properties window.
New users cannot identify that , unless they use it once :)

Its bit confused.

By default make it open it without clicking on top link web part properties tab once we click on properties on web part.

And nowhere is it showing which web part (name of the web part) I’m editing currently.
Sometimes user(s) may forget from where they came to this page.
