for this particular error please try to find the following resources:

Email_PasswordRecovery_HtmlContent
Email_PasswordRecovery_PlainContent
Email_PasswordRecovery_Title

Please find the latest version of DB localization resources attached, you can use them to try and sync the records.

I believe password recovery is working now. I synced up all db resources pertaining to Email_. Thank you for the resouces scripts.

I am a bit confused by the flow of password recovery. Is the intended process...

1. user clicks on password recovery link.
2. user enters in username and captcha.
3. system sends email to user;s email address with link to change password.
4. user clicks on link and changes password.
5. system then sends a 2nd email to user's email that shows in plain text user's new password.

Is that correct flow? I don't recall it flowing like that in past (prior to 4.5). Has there been a change to the flow of password recovery?

Hi,

yes there was a change in the flow because in previous version password recovery had a small flaw that we needed to get fixed. I hope your application will be up and running by the 01.01.2012 so let us know if you need anything else.

The password recovery was the only thing that wasn't working. Now that it is working, everything is good to go live.
