Export menu to XML and import back at localized version of site (Mono Support )

I need to recreate our menu structure (from http://social.clipflair.net) at the localized pages. Then I can localize each text of it and the URLs where needed.

However I don't see some way to copy the menu from the default language, neither anyway to export the menu say to XML from the menu tree in the admin UI and be able to import back at that same tree control when I change language from the top of the admin UI

Another way could be a .sql command to copy the English menu to all other available languages on the site or to specific language given a language code or something. Is it easy to make such a script? Can you point me to which table to look at in the db?
