Please note that First name last name can be cyrillic, username is used as an indentifier for links and such. At this time we cannot give an estimate.

Category groups also can not be established on the Russian language ..

We were able to reproduce the issue with Category groups.
The issue has been logged into our internal issue tracker. We will get back to you when we resolve this.
