I am attempting to install Monox on a Godaddy virtual dedicated server. Unfortunately, I am running into problem with this exception: [SecurityException: That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers.]. I have the ability to change the trust on machine web.config file, but I haven't. What should be my next step in trying to resolve this exception? I have a virtual dedicated server which gives me a lot more freedom than the shared hosting.

The easiest way to resolve this would be to allow access to your server for one of our support engineers. We recently had a similar report, but were not able to reproduce it locally. If that option would work for you, please send us an email at support (at) mono-software.com.
Just one additional question: did you download the package from our site, or is it downloaded from Microsoft's Web gallery?

I have sent you the info via the support email. I did download the package directly from your website. Is that a good or bad?

May I suggest looking at this MonoX Support Topic. I had a similar error message and Denis provided a solution regarding CLI streams. Now every time I download a zip from mono-software I run the streams.exe on the extracted files before applying the files to my portal and I do not have any issues.

Thanks Grant, we resolved it a few minutes ago, you were very close. It is another Windows "security feature" that can make our lives miserable, and most people forget about it. When you download the MonoX installation, just right click on it and if there is a message "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to protect this computer." in the Security section, click on "Unblock". It is as simple as that.

Otherwise, you will be able to unpack the installation, but all DLL files will be blocked without further notice. Even worse, you'll get this totally misleading error message.
