Did you follow the steps form page 11, section 2.2 in the user manual? Can you confirm that your virtual folder /MonoX an application attached to it - if not, you should right click on that folder in the tree view of the IIS manager and click on "Add application". 

yes, i did that but the installation is taking very long time i.e more than 5hrs and

The installation is typically finished under a minute. "Sys is undefined" also indicates that installation javascript was not loaded properly.
