Mono Support Social Network Dashboard Status Post are always public (Issue)

The social network status always displays as public. The post are displayed to all users regardless of the selection of private or friend setting.

a. Page: /MonoX/Pages/SocialNetworking/Dashboard.aspx
b. Issue: posting with "Private" or “Friends” selected does not prevent other users from seeing the post.
c. Repro: On the socialnetworking dashboard post a status with the “Friends” level selected. Using another browser log in as a different user (the user should not be a friend of the user being tested). Navigate to the social networking dashboard. You will see the post of the initial user.

Edit:
This issue is happening for both wall notes and for the member's status (i.e., profile "Type your status here..."). The user activity stream control on the dashboard.aspx displays the event regardless of the selected privacy flag. This was tested using the nightly build MonoX_5_1_40_5142 (3/30/2015).
