why picture quality is lowered down when we view profile ?

when any user uploads pics, the quality is lowered down and it looks really strange with pixels: http://monox.mono-software.com/profile-about/MarkT/

How to solve this problem ?

On my site, users are complaining that they uploaded good quality picture and the images on site comes pixelated - It is the matter the quality of site that users are not happy with the quality - plz help me in resolving this problem ?

Hi,

you have a point there, this is a bug in image re-sizing left from old skin. We have fixed this and it will be ready in next nightly build. If this is very urgent to you, let me know and we can push the nightly build today.

The Friday's change log doesn't say anything about this issue if it was resolved or not ?

Yes, it's resolved and you don't need to update anything. Please try the user profile & group photos and let us know if this is working on your side.

But since I am using Monox nightly build MonoX_4_7_40_4233 (which is 2 weeks old build from now) - I will need to make required changes to solve this issue right ?

If you could tell me what changes I need to make and where ?

You just need to upgrade your UserAvatar.ascx WebPart with latest mark-up and copy MonoX.dll over to your bin folder.

Can you please provide us with few screenshots, also avatars uploaded prior to this change will not be fixed, you need to upload the photos again in order to get the proper size.

Also - what about group pictures ?
