Mono Support About Licensing

Hi!
Can you clarify is license to system(Monox-based product) or to server?

We are developers and we need to buy license to develop system and then pass it to customer.
Needs to buy another license for customer too? That is one for development purposes(development version) and second for customer(production version). Or only one license needed?

Hi Maxim,
You only need one license if you don't need to ship the full MonoX source code to your customer(s).That is the most common scenario: developer buys a single license and use it for unlimited number of customers.
You would have to buy multiple licenses only if you plan to pass the MonoX source code to your customer(s).
