Hi,
these are the issues related to 100% CPU usage that you may encounter. Google bots, user commenting on the blog can produce these corner cases and you may encounter this, it very hard to say anything without access to machine. In order to discuss this further you will need to upgrade to latest version that includes many bug fixes. Only if you upgrade we can be sure that your CPU usage is not related to regex issues some of our users had previously and then we can proceed with determining your issue.
